Meet the Team
We recognize that all our patients are unique and deserve to receive dental care that reflects their individual needs. Our experienced and talented dental team is committed to working with you and your family to create a comfortable, stress-free, and rewarding dental experience every time you visit our practice.
We are pleased to welcome you and your family, and we look forward to working with you.
I love interacting with our patients and families. I am a people person, and love the relationships we’ve developed over the years. Getting to see smiling, familiar faces is wonderful; so too is meeting people new to our practice and learning who they are. As our office manager, I ensure everything flows smoothly, so our team can focus on delivering exceptional care. I also schedule visits, process insurance claims, and handle our accounts receivable.
My husband Bryan and I have been married for almost 40 years. I have two married sons and three grandchildren. I enjoy family time at the mountains in Potter County and the beach. I love reading, journaling, and activities outdoors. I’m a breast cancer survivor and a member at Lancaster Evangelical Free Church.
I have worked as a dental hygienist at Springer Family Dentistry for my entire career, starting in 1998 after graduating from Northampton Community College. I spend my days helping people maintain their oral health through education, cleanings, and diagnostics, but the relationships I’ve built with my patients are the most important part of my job. I love knowing that my patients live healthier, happier lives because of the service we provide.
I am married with two wonderful children, ages ten and 12, as well as a dog named Captain and a cat named Tiger. As a family, we are involved in many activities in our community. I coach my daughter’s fast-pitch softball team and enjoy running in my free time. I even ran my first half marathon this year!
Certified Dental Assistant
I began my career in the dental field 28 years ago with a desire to deliver excellent patient care and to always be learning. The desire continues for me today as well. I assist Dr. Steve chair side; setting up and cleaning operatory; taking x-rays, sterilizing equipment, entering notes on computer. I enjoy interacting with the patients and ensuring they have a positive experience. I enjoy working with a dental team that feels like "family" and I believe exellent dental care and this family feeling is what our patients appreciate the most.
I have been married to my husband, Glen for 30 yrs. We have a married son and daughter. I enjoy reading, gardening and spending time with my family at our cabin.
I’ve been a part of Springer Family Dentistry since graduating from Lancaster County Career & Technology Center in 2005. Everyone here is so helpful and has such a great attitude that it makes coming to work every day a true pleasure. Our patients can tell that we genuinely enjoy what we do as well. Whether I’m assisting our doctors with patient care or prepping a room for treatment, everything I do is focused on giving our patients the best possible experience.
When I’m not in the office, I like to express my creativity by cross stitching and rug hooking. I’m also active in my church, where I often babysit.
I earned my associate degree in dental hygiene and went on to receive my bachelor’s in health studies before joining the Springer Family Dentistry team in 2002. We have a great group of people here, all committed to excellence in patient care. I know from first-hand experience how important it is to have a healthy, functional mouth: I was born with a cleft palate. It’s the reason I pursued a career in dentistry!
When I have free time, I love to run. I’ve participated in two half-marathons and a Tough Mudder. It was a lot of fun and I hope to something else again this year.
Registered Dental Hygienist
I have worked in dentistry for more than 25 years and became a part of the Springer Family Dentistry team in 2014. I earned my degree in dental hygiene from Millersville University/Luzerne County Community College. The best part of my job is the direct, one-on-one interactions I have with my patients. They are wonderful, interesting people, and I enjoy seeing them satisfied at the end of their treatment.
I am married with two girls, who are 20 and seven years old. Our family loves to travel and are die-hard Eagles and Phillies fans. I work one day a week, which allows me time to volunteer at a local food bank, serve on a preschool board and several church committees, and my favorite, remain flexible enough to serve as a parent class representative for my youngest daughter’s school.
